Sh. H K Goel Ji was CLASS A Registered Contractor with Railways and executed numerous projects in and around Kotkapura which also consisted of Warehouses for Markfed other than his domain area with Railway Projects in Bathinda Zone.
Mr. Rajiv Goel inherited skills of construction from his father and started his career by taking up projects with CCW (All India Radio & Doordarshan) at Delhi in 1985. Some projects executed in first 5 years of his career gave him good experience and exposure in different areas of construction industry:
Post 1990, Mr. Goel shifted his focus to private sector.
Some prestigious projects undertaken during 1990 – 2005:
1. Construction of factory for M/s Jaydee Exports at GT Karnal Road Industrial Area and also Mangolpuri Industrial Area
2. Construction of Landmark Departmental Store at South ex. Part 1.
3. Construction of Residence cum Nursing Home for Dr. Arun Narula at Meera Bagh, New Delhi (Founder of Narula Diagnostics, Rohtak)
4. Construction of Factory for M/s SG Leather Pvt. Ltd, Sahibabad under the guidance of renowned architect Mr. Pradeep Sachdeva of Dilli Haat fame
Following the remarkably executed projects Mr. Rajiv Goel got an opportunity to join M/s Anantraj Ltd. (Leading Construction Company of Delhi) as General Manager – Projects in 2006 under the able guidance of Mr. Ashim Sareen.
During his tenure with M/s Anantraj Ltd. he got excellent exposure to work on massive projects with big teams under him and also got experience to work along with some of the best Architects and Consultants in the Industry.
Mr. Goel undertook the development of more than 50,00,000 Sq. Mtr. Area which included IT Parks, Hotels, Malls etc.
The salient projects managed by him were:

3. Ocean Pearl Retreat, Chattarpur
4. Bhasin Resort, Chattarpur (Undermanagement of Bella Monde now)

7. Anantraj Nextech, IT Park, Rai
After the tenure with Anantraj Ltd. Mr. Goel moved on to M/s KLG Systel Ltd. IT Company based at Gurugram. KLG Systel at that time had ventured into Rural Electrification projects for Govt. Of India in Punjab, Rajasthan, Haryana and were also constructing an IT Hub at Hero Honda Chowk, Gurugarm. All these project teams were handled by Mr. Goel as President – Projects Development.
Over the past 10 years Mr. Goel has executed Industrial as well as Residential projects as under:
1. Construction of factory for M/s AC Polycoaters Pvt Ltd at Footwear Park, Bahadurgarh
2. Construction of PEB Shed for M/s H R Polycoats Ltd. at Bahadurgarh
3. Construction of PEB Shed for Associates Non Woven at Barhi Industrial Area
4. Construction of Residential projects at Sector 1, Manesar
5. Development of a 5 acre Farm house at Alipur for RP Jain Charitable Trust
6. Development of Directors Wing and renovation of existing office for M/s A C Polycoaters Pvt. Ltd. Factory at Bahadurgarh
7. Renovation and Interiors of various residential and offices spread across Delhi
